Awards Campaign

Spyre’s portfolio of landmark projects has consistently set new benchmarks for design and luxury living. With multiple projects completed and in-market, collaboratively we sought how best to extend their impact, keep Spyre top-of-mind, and build new layers of credibility in front of media, buyers, and peers.

The Challenge

We turned to the award season as a powerful platform to showcase Spyre’s innovation, design excellence, and market leadership. Rather than letting the story end at launch or sales results, we reframed each project into award-ready narratives that highlighted architectural ingenuity, commercial outcomes, and industry impact.

This meant:

  • Identifying aligned award programs at state, national, and international levels.

  • Deciphering complex criteria to ensure each submission was competitive.

  • Managing timelines and approvals across multiple concurrent entries.

  • Crafting each entry to translate Spyre’s architectural language into compelling submissions that resonated with judges.

By converting achievements into accolades, the awards campaign became a strategic driver of recognition, visibility, and credibility for the brand at an industry level.  

The Approach

In 2024, We Are Brooklyn delivered 16 award submissions, securing 11 major wins and recognitions across design, marketing, and leadership. Highlights included:

In 2025, We Are Brooklyn delivered 10 award submissions, securing 1 major win so far including:

  • Winner - Design Innovation - Glasshouse - 2025 Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence

 

The program delivered more than trophies. It generated:

  • 870k reach in FY24/25 for awards news coverage

  • 1M in reach in 2024 and 2025 combined for awards news coverage

  • 153M+ in potential reach from project mentions across 2024 and 2025

  • A halo effect that strengthened Spyre’s brand reputation, with several projects selling out pre-completion
